Tiger User Group 2019 - A great success!!

2019’s Tiger User Group at The Royal Geographical Society London was a great success and it’s all thanks to our fantastic customers and partners!
 

A wide range of customers attended this year from public sector, emergency services, education, healthcare and both large and small enterprise.

Our Engineers set up a demo room, enabling customers to drop in throughout the day and ask questions about the software, whilst receiving a live demonstration and in-depth answers.

We had a spectacular venue to host our User Group this year, with a great space for presentations and talks.

We were very pleased to host presentations by Companies House, Police Scotland and Saint-Gobain who explained how their Tiger software benefits their businesses.

This year our Managing Director Ben Nicklen provided an update on our progress during 2019, this highlighted the outcomes against our goals set out at the previous user group, we were pleased to say it was big ticks all round!

It was then the turn of Phillip Smith, Software Director to talk our customer’s through the latest Prism updates and plans to launch new Flows and Tiles modules allowing self serve analytics.

Rob Ansell from our account management team then invited everyone to check out our new Tiger User Community website There is information available for both Tiger Prism and Tiger 2020, the capability to raise and follow support cases. You can ask community members for advice and share knowledge whilst climbing the points ladder, view webinars and download the latest documentation to support your use of our products.



 

We asked our customers to complete a short survey during the day, listing 3 words that they feel Tiger means to them and we got some truly heart-warming responses.

Everyone who attended completed a questionnaire, giving feedback on our company as a whole and about the venue and content we chose for this year. With this information we strive to expand and grow, while making sure that each year, our User Groups are tailored more and more to what you as a customer want from us.

We also had great talks on the day from Kelly Jack at the Brain Tumour Society and Michael Martin from Innercycle, our charity partners for 2019 and now announced to continue for 2020. Our fundraising efforts this year raised over £9,000!

Overall it was a fantastic day, and for those who joined us, on behalf of everyone from the Tiger team, we are so thankful for showing your support and enjoying the day with us. We look forward to seeing you all next year, hopefully with some new faces as well!
